Therefore to recalibrate the tank volume table will be most important. Censtar develop this system to help the customers to get the accurate volume table to improve the operation management.   Product Principle System consists of a Heavy Duty Fuel Dispensing Pump, Special Magnetostrictive Plus Probe, computer and Other accessories. The Tank Calibration System can set up tank volume table (relationship between volume and height) by collecting and calculating oil volume data through the Fuel Dispensing Pump in / out and the oil lever changing height measured by probe. In entire system, the function of fuel dispensing pump is to refuel in/ defuel out oil to carries on measurement, and the value real-time data transfer to your computer system.
Probe function is to measure the changing height of the oil lever within the tank and send real-time altitude information to computer.   The computer system gather both real-time data, analyze and calculate through the PID auto-tuning algorithm that filters out invalid data caused by oil fluctuation and saving valid data stored in database.   In the practical application, during calibration it is very difficult to make the calibration tank to be empty to a degree of no oil at bottom or to make the tank to be full to a degree of reaching the top of tank, so the computer system must also consider these cases at bottom / top to make complete tank table.   When the operation is complete, we can print out tank table, the whole process is automatic, without human intervention.   Main technical parameters:
